Returns Policy

If you changed your mind, you may return most unused, unopened items with original tags within 15 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of your original payment method.  Please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization.  The RMA number is valid for only 30 days from the date issued.  Furry Tales will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

* Exceptions:

• Return of merchandise paid by Furry Tales Gift Certificate will be credited via Furry Tales Online Gift Certificate.
• Purchases of Online Gift Certificate are non-refundable. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Free ship items (Furry Tales paid for shipping) - Actual shipping cost will be deducted from the order.

For your protection, please send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx or UPS (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). Furry Tales is not responsible for lost shipments. Your return shipping charges are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it may take for your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Items Shipped by a Third Party

Some items may be shipped directly from a product manufacturer or by a third party. You may receive separate shipments of your order if this occurs and there may be additional surcharge fees for those items shipped from the manufacturer. These charges will be noted in your Shopping Cart.

Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, we will follow up with an email if unanticipated delays occur.
